Happy Tails is where we share stories from the pets behind the orders — the cat who finally drinks enough water, the dog who stopped inhaling dinner in four seconds flat, the rescue who took three weeks to trust a new bed and now won't leave it.
We're starting it properly, which means starting it empty. Every story here will come from a real Pawzium customer. We won't write them ourselves and we won't use stock photos of someone else's dog.

If something you bought from us made a difference — or didn't, we want to hear that too — email contact@pawzium.com with:
- Your pet's name and a bit about them
- What you bought and how it's going
- A photo or two, if you're happy for us to use them
A few sentences is plenty. The best stories are usually the small specific ones, not the polished ones.
What we'll do with it
We'll ask before publishing anything, and we'll only use your first name and initial unless you tell us otherwise. You can ask us to take a story down at any point and we will, no questions. Photos stay yours — we're asking permission to use them, not ownership.
We won't edit a story to make a product sound better than it is. If the honest version includes "it took a while to get the hang of it," that stays in.
Not a review
If you want to leave a star rating on a specific product, that's separate — use the review section on the product page itself. Happy Tails is for the longer story: the pet, the problem, what changed.
We'll publish the first stories as they come in. If you've got one, we'd genuinely like to read it.
