1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.  

• International shipping options are available for select AI pet accessories and smart gadgets.  

2. Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.  

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7–14 business days.  

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery of select smart products.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Fulfillment Model

• To provide you with the most innovative pet tech at competitive prices, we utilize a streamlined global fulfillment model.  

• Your items may ship directly from our verified global partners to ensure you receive the latest product versions.  

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Pawzium LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
