Refund & Return Policy

At Pawzium, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things aren't quite right, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• Unused and in its original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at contact@pawzium.com

• If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or a full refund.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as pet treats or supplements).

Personal care goods (such as grooming tools that have been used).

Custom products (such as personalized collars or engraved tags).

Sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
