Track Your Order
Your parcel is on its way. Here's how to find it.
The quickest way
When your order leaves our warehouse we send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. Tap that link for live updates.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder and search for Pawzium. Tracking emails are sent separately from your original order confirmation, so they can arrive a day or two later.
Track from your account
If you created an account at checkout, you can view every order and its tracking status in one place.
You don't need a password — enter your email address and we'll send you a six-digit code to sign in.
Checked out as a guest?
Your order confirmation email contains a View your order button that opens your order status page. That page updates automatically as your parcel moves, so it's worth bookmarking.
When to expect your order
- Processing: 1–2 business days while we pick and pack
- In transit: typically 5–9 business days depending on your location
- International: varies by destination; customs clearance can add several days
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Tracking says no movement
It's normal for tracking to sit quiet for 24–48 hours after your parcel is collected, and again while it clears customs on international orders. If there's been no update for more than five business days, get in touch and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier.
Marked delivered but nothing arrived?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check around your property — porches, side gates, bins and sheds
- Ask household members and immediate neighbours
- Look for a card or note from the carrier
Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a little early. If it hasn't appeared within 48 hours, email us and we'll investigate.
